Do you know anybody who has done something extraordinary?

I need some inspiration.

Maybe you know someone who won the lotto, who wrote and published a book, someone who is a champion at something, someone who is rich - loves their job, and has wonderful kids, or maybe YOU are someone who has done something extraordinary.

i was in a bad stage of life. only 14 and i was doing drugs, drinking, cutting, trying suicide, and hating life. my mom vocally abused me and my dad ignored me. my aunt had just died and my best friend hated me. boys were treating me oh so wrong. and i was getting bad grades.

one night i was crying and praying god to send me down an angel. i was begging. i fell asleep doing that. about a week later, this guy came into my life and i have not done any of that bad stuff since then. i get really good grades. my mom is still crazy but its getting better. and my dad and i have a father-daughter relationship.

i know how to stay away from the guys who treat me bad too.

and i have a bunch of great friends now.

i love my life and i don't want to die yet. there is so much more beauty to see in life.

Yes I know of people who have done extrodinary things.
People who have such a passion and follow it through. I know of a few people, but im sure enough responses will be left here to provide you with the inspiration you need.

I know an old chap,who was in midget submarines during WW2.
He was on a mission to sink a German Battleship,that was anchored in a Norwegian fjord.
He was highly decorated for his bravery,but he is very modest and does not brag about his actions.
