"economic disparity, imperialism, and religious obscurantism are what drive people to terrorism--to eliminate it, we must eliminate these things, otherwise we will always have it"
Extreme economic disparity - I don't see how we can address that now.
Imperialism - ditto
Religious Obscurantism - For all intents and purposes impossible.

Discarded - lack of support.
On a side note - I think free trade would help with some of this, but thats a different discussion.

To eliminate terrorism, stop funding it. Either take over the Saudi oil fields or embargo Saudi Arabia.
Infiltrate the terrorists with spies loyal to our government -- we don't have any -- we're fighting blind against this enemy -- very dangerous.
Set up phony targets which are "vital" to us but really booby-trapped nests to grab them (beyond the intelligence of the American Intel community).
Support people within their system who rebel (as Bush Sr. encourages Kurds and Shi'ites to do in 1991 and then double-crossed them; as Bush Jr is doing now again).
Never, not ever, demean or humiliate or torture these fanatical enemies. Kill them if absolutely necessary. Fire bomb their cities if needed rather than occupy them. But torture is never appropriate, it incubates seven generations of people who hate us so much they want to be terorrists. The USA should get to the route of the authorization for torture, 2001-6, and place those responsible under criminal trial for violating USC Title 18.

I agree that we cannot end economic dispaities in the world. In some instances of the USA providing economic support for other countries, that money has actually gone to support the terrorists. If we try to end religious beliefs and differences, only more blood would flow.

This guy has some of the most original and smart idea's on this I ever heard.Don't agree with him fully but voices like his should be heard more.
The economy needs to be fixed worldwide, and not like they are doing it now with the worldbank pushing develloping nations even further into poverty in the name of economic laws.Humanity should come first.

Go after real terrorists
like cops would go after mass murderers
instead of pouring lighter fluid into the fire of other peoples' civil wars.
And try to step in where/when the real genocides start to break out -- like perhaps in Darfur from what some are indicating.

Both sides are controlled by the New World Order, which says 'You will both agree that terrorism is a problem'.
the truth is that almost all terrorism is conducted by the secret services on behalf of the New World Order

This is where the path parts, for us. I will never take responsibility for the evil acts of others.
Plenty of poor Americans neither rape nor rob.
You don't take away freedom of religion because some people are extremists. Maybe you should add this to my quote.

Absurd. This is a popular hypothesis, but data all contradict it. People are terrorists because they see it working.
