Hi its not knot knees its knock knees, I dont know your body type or weight so I dont want to give you advise on losing weight, I have very thin legs that dont touch and my friends all hate me!

as far as your thighs touching is concerned there is an exercise that can help that, if you have a yoga ball put in between your legs at the thigh area and squeeze it with a 10 count try 15 reps of 10 at least 3 times a week it works

Knot Knees you can not change and your thighs touching is part of that, but you can do swats to help tone your thighs and this my help with the rubbing
