No--you would rupture your tubes.
You can carry it pretty far, but you're putting your life in danger each day that you carry that baby. It's not getting the nutrients it needs.
Your doctor will know what is best for YOUR case. While there are situations where it is possible to have a "healthy" child, tubal pregnancies usually end poorly.

It is not impossible, but it is a freak occurance. It is not something you can actually cause to happen. An ectopic pregnancy is a threat to the life of the mother.
If you google "full term tubal pregnancy" you will find some cases where the tube did not rupture, and some incredibly rare cases the tube ruptures and the fetus develops in the abdomen. But again, that's a freak occurrence.

No you cannot carry a child in the fallopian tube to full term. It's impossible. Not to my knowledge. A tubal is not considered a viable pregnancy. Sorry.

No, unfortunately. A tubal pregnancy has to be removed. Otherwise, it will grow enough only to rupture the fallopian tube & put the mother in great danger. It cannot grow to term, because there is no amniotic sac, no nutrition that is normally given by the uterus....

No it particularly is impossible with the aid of fact the toddler grows the tube could at last burst inflicting a hemorrhage that ought to kill you. as quickly as your scientific professional found out you had a Ectopic (tubal) being pregnant the scientific professional will terminate the being pregnant with surgical treatment.

No, the tube can not contain a baby. It will burst and the baby will die. If not treated the mom will die as well.
Some pregnancies outside the uterus can continue to term, but not in the tube. It just isn't possible.

I've heard of one woman carrying a baby to term, it was never caught in her pregnancy (can you spell lawsuit?) and she nearly died when she was further along. Sadly, the best thing to do is terminate the pregnancy. Years ago women died from this kind of pregnancy, they probably just didn't know what was wrong.

None that iam aware of. Once the embryo is implanted its impossible to move it and start that process anew. If left in the tube the growing baby will burst the tube and cause internal bleeding, infection, and death to the mother.
