Do you ever take a minute and give people "Thumbs ups" on their "Best answers"? It doesn't take up much time! I did it very quickly for someone once, and gave 15 thumbs ups in one minute! So what do you say, will you please give someone some thumbs ups???? Its a great way to let someone know you are thinking of them.

I give thumbs up all the time. I also give thumbs down, mostly when somebody answers a question with "I don't know" just to get the two points.

I like to go back to my old answers and see if anyone gave me any thumbs up or down... I give them when I think an answer is really good or bad.
