I've had my mobile for just over a year and have no problems with it at all. But when I recently tried to turn it on - nothing. I recharged the battery and made sure there wasn't a problem with the power button, yet it still won't turn on! I don't know whether it's cheaper to get a new phone or worth repairing this one. Any ideas of what's wrong?

If you call your customer service, they may replace the defective phone with a refurbished one. I did this with mine and the one they sent me is like new. All you have to do is send the old one back in the prepaid box that they provide. It's alot cheaper than buying a new phone unless you don't like the one you have. Of course if it is the battery, you'll probably have to buy a new battery.

this happend to me but it happend after like two months the phone may be faulty or you can try takeing the chip that you insert in the back of it blow it off and put it back in that might do it because my second phone needed that for some reason o_O
