It s called Ho Chi Minh City since May 1, 1975 after the fall of South Vietnam ;-)

Siagnon was renamed after South Vietnam fell to the North, to Ho Chi Minh City. Very interesting the locals still call it Siagnon, in defiance to the north.
Visted the area last year and was overwhelmed by the reception of an American visitning their country.
