There are so many-- right now I'm thinking of the scene in SIlver Streak where Gene Wilder is the bathroom in the airport disguising himself as a black guy because the cops are looking for him. Scatman Caruthers helps him "get the rhythm" and he comes strutting out to find Richard Pryor, who just can't believe how freaky he's acting.
