I need to put up fliers for my lost dog and i was wondering if it was legal to put them under stop signs on the same poles?

no its not legal in Texas. u can put them on light poles and trees. u can ask local stores if its alright to put them in the stores window. another thing is to go to your local radio station and ask them to put his dog type on the air to see if anyone has seen him.

I think it is a matter of the local ordinances. And it is probably one of those things that are not allowed by law, but totally ignored as to enforcement. I see them all the time, and have never seen any of them removed by city folks or even people in the neighborhoods. I suggest using the bulletin boards in any local grocery store and even window signs in local shopping centers. I think the worst scenario is that you get a call from some 'nothing better to do' type from the home owners group telling you to pull them down. Good luck on getting Mr. Frisky back home.

i think that it is as long as it is on the pole and not the sign..i have put up birthday signs before and for a matter of fact a cop watched me do it once and didnt do anything...you can always call your local sheriffs department and they will be more then happy to tell you.

i dont think so try it and see i live in arlington texas ! put them on street poles and like newspapers and the green sheet thats what i would do and schools and buisnesses i have seem that done before
