I say cross the bridge and go over to New York and take in a broadway show or off broadway, go for a walk around times square, skate at rockerfeller center or wohlman rink in central park, and go to any nice restaurant. Or you can stay home and order in with a nice movie and do whatever. Whatever you chose make sure you enjoy it.

hmm, in NJ, you could go for a walk on the boardwalk, go to Park and Orchard(a restaurant), the umm, there are lots of places, it helps if you can tell me where you are, you could go for a dinner cruise on the hudson
