stoke wont let me do much only one hand/side working live in fl w/sandy soil would like to grow herbs indoors cant afford fancy equip sorry re bad typing can anyone tell me what to do pkease thank you

they have small contained plant and light set ups through gardener's supply company onthe internet

In the lighting department of Walmart you can find "plant lights" to augment the illumination, since the days are short now. If you have a nice sunny south window sill that's a great place to start herbs in pots. Below is a link for "jiffy" peat pots and seed starting systems. I have used them with great success.

If you want flower seeds you can contact me via my avatar. I have Spicy Globe Basil seeds and can send you cuttings of Lemon Thyme and Greek Oregano.
