The best thing that happened to me is having a great family to share life with and love. My parents are great people and the loving enviroment they raised me in helped me turn out to be, I think, a good person. Someday I can't wait to have a family of my own.
Someone could say that the best thing that could happen to them would be to win the lottery or be rich, but how can you enjoy anything without sharing it with the people you love.
Love is the best thing that could ever happen to me.

The best thing that ever happened to me, was seeing my mother's happiness with my stepfather, after being alone for too many years.
The best thing that could happen to me right now, and I know...I know...It's such a bland and common answer...but I am unemployed, and bills are piling up, and I sure could use some kind of financial windfall.

getting married to the man of my dreams..im not ready for marriage yet but for now i should just focus on being his good friend. and maybe someday he'll choose me over his gf.
i can also tell ya the best thing that HAS happened to me: meeting him. that was the best day of my life! ill never forget it

theres a short list! watching my kids go thru the terrible twos, divorcing their mothers, starting my own business, and getting the best CPA/taxman in the nation not only as a business confidant but as a friend and mentor.
