Lol, sure as long as your argument is that it didn't say put the soup in boiling water for ten minutes.. If it just said, stand in boiling water ... then ,sure, why not? It might be a lost cause though..

You would have 3rd degree burns or worse if you stood in boiling water for 10 minutes!

i do not think you can take legal action. what you can do is save the water you boiled your ankles in, it is human flavoured stock, an ideal base for making your own soup
