Bush said "troops should not be used for nation-building" as a governor of Texas. It's his fault for getting us into this pointless war. So for getting us into the war, YES the car bomb is indirectly Bush's fault.

I am not sure abt that bomb but I am definitely sure that the bomb that went off in republican's a$$es in the form of elections was Bush's fault.

No, just the stupid reasoning-terrorists. If they are capable of setting off a car bomb despicably, then they were always capable of murder, it is in THEIR blood, not Bush's. Bush, I believe, in my heart, would never kill someone cold blooded (like a murderer) and only in self-defense.
