I think the Bears fate rests in the hands of Grossman. If he continues to be the opposite of clutch the Bears are done, but if he gets it together the only team that might contend with them is the Giants. The Bears will beat Carolina because all you have to do is shut S. Smith down and the Bears can do that. Carolina has proved time and time again that when Smith has a bad day the Panthers lose.

The wheels are flying off as we speak! Arizona should have beat 'em. Grossman is too up and down to be a good QB in the NFL, and it's only a matter of time before defenses start putting enough pressure on him to spiral his world out of control.

relies upon on how Trestman seems, if a nickel/backup CB steps up for them, how properly Bushrod protects Cutler, and if Alshon Jeffry can substitute right into a competent #2 WR. i think of they win 9-12 video games, yet can shop up with any group if Trestman runs the group properly.

Not at all. Not at all. I never did. I have no faith in Rex Grossman. I could definitely see Carolina going to the Super Bowl for that conference. But they're gonna get WHOOPED by Denver, so that's all I can say.
