what is ur opinion on the existence of aliens and the UFO sightings all over the world? do u have an explanation or theory on the whole thing? just interested in knowing other ppl's opinions... thanks!!

I am not an expert on this but I believe that we are not the only ones in the Universe. If you go on the internet and look for information on this, you will find a bunch of pictures and articles about the Universe that will convince you there is life outside this planet. It is just so amazing and HUGE out there that is difficult to believe we are the only ones. Many people believe we are the only ones...but I don't...God is too big to fit into any ONE religion or head. lol
I have seen lights in the sky that would be going slow and all of the sudden are going faster and disappear after a while, or they go up and down or around...or the light gets bigger and then it goes away. It is interesting to see them, especially when you are meditating out in a park and you're trying to connect with other people out there (how i used to do it) and see those lights.

So far we've seen no verifiable evidence of other sentient species. That said, I believe with some certainty that somewhere in our galaxy at some past, present, or future time, a sentient species did/does/will exist.
Why haven't we heard from them?
Perhaps they are not technologically advanced enough to be heard. They may be mastering stone knives right now, or experiencing their own Rennaisance.
Perhaps they are here right now. Any species sufficiently advanced to travel interstellar distances would be able to hide or masquerade with ease. That Boeing 737 that just flew by may be a surveillance craft.
Perhaps they are so far away they will never notice us and vice versa.
Perhaps they existed a million years ago and died out.
Perhaps they will exist a million years from now.
It is really impossible to know for sure.
The Drake Equation suggests that there is sentient life out there. The Fermi Paradox casts doubt. Play around with the calculation form at the second link and see what you think.

Aliens and UFOs are demons. You must read "Lights in the Sky & Little Green Men: A Rational Christian Look at Ufos and Extraterrestrials", it explains UFO pheomena quite well. It does make the most sense.

How closed minded would we have to be to think we are the only intelligent creatures in the universe. I have seen some things in the sky that even my family can't explain. But I am not going to spend my entire meager little existance on trying to find out what is was. There is proof out there, and there is a lot of bs also. try youtube.com and see what comes up, but remember there's a lot of pranksters. The govenment also has information that is classified and so does NASA. Good person to go to and ask is an astronaut.

People believe in these sightings beause it's one of those mystical things that people "want" to believe. I can't understand why any intelligent, logical, objective scientist would believe in them.
There is definitely extraterrestrial life out there - no doubt about it. But I think if they wanted to visit us they would want to make contact - not just be something that has forever been "unidentified".
Of course any ET's that would visit us would have to be advanced enough to have mastered the technology of hyperspace since that is the only way they could get here.
Just like, ghosts, spirits, god, heaven, hell. There is not one single categorical, indisputable iota of evidence for any of these. The same goes for the UFO's. Again - just something we humans "want" to believe.

Well I haven't seen an ET, alien, or UFO but it seems to me if the Universe is as big as they say it is, it is an awful waste of space to limit life on just one puny planet in a very insignificat solar system like ours.

There has got to be other planets out there with life, and some of those planets have intelligent life. I do not believe in those UFO sightings for many reasons. Other intelligent beings out there would either be technologically more advanced than us. They would not come because they do not want to interfere with our development. They could be at our level of development, which means they could not come to Earth. They could be less advanced than us, meaning they could not come to Earth.

Hey! And Yes, there are Aliens in Other Part's of the Universe. There are trillion's of planet's out there in the universe, and some of them might contain the environment that would allow organism's to live.

personaly, I DO believe that there are aliens and such. I was born in Roswell NM so I have heard alot of things about the subject. I don't think that they are what we make them out to be though, but I think they are real.
