Don't you just hate that and why does it always happen when your in a hurry too, its worse standing there for what seems like an eternity as that person who has just got there before you uses every card they have, gets a statement or suddenly gets a call on their mobile and stands talking away on that as well as messing with their cards and the cash machine, then just when you think its safe to have your turn the machine needs to be refilled with money and 'out of service' sign flashes up, frustrating, but its the luck of the draw I suppose.

They're in a bigger hurry to get their cash...I know how little there is in my account, so I know there's no rush.
