I have also fair skin, dark hair but dark eyes too. I wanted to change my black eyeliner too. The recommendation of an cosmetician was to use blue. So, I bought mac power point eye pencil in navy and it looks great. I would also recommend you to try a green one (not olive green, that would make you see like if you were sick).

Go for a really light green, green here in the UK is the new black as they say. i would keep your dark pencil to corner your inner eye too give them the inlusion of being bigger but green would be great with your dark hair and hazel eyes. Hope you like it!

go for the brown eyeliner well i have hazel eyes too and i use the brown eyeliner.And with hazel or dark brown eyes it looks better with and it really brings out the eyes.

Brown eyeliner would make your eyes appear more green. A grey would bring out a bluer look. Green would bring out brown in your eyes.

the best for you would be a light brown it will bring out the color of your eyes!! thats a great color for you not to dark but very noticable.

You could use green or gray to bring up those colors in your hazel eyes. Or just go with purple or blue.

I would go with a dark brown eyeliner. I'm pale and have the same hair. It looks good on me. You can tell its there but its not as drastic as black. good luck =^)

i have fair skin, dark hair, and hazel eyes too i wear black but i also sometimes use brown. dont ever use blue thats gross
