It won't reduce if you just leave it alone, but if you work out and do alot to exercise your stomach it should get smaller.

I wonder the same thing for myself.I have an 18 month old and am 6 months pregnant again.I am going to work like crazy after he is born to get back to the sexy woman I was before.

A lot of it is genetic. You can keep the area healthy with lotions designed to fight stretch marks, and stay in shape.

As time goes on your skin will pull back together as best as it genetically was designed to.

Just consider it your mark of motherhood.

Mine hasn't much. I've lost weight to less than I weighed before I got pregnant, but the pouch didn't go anywhere.

if you work out it will help more than doing nothing. try sit ups or other exercises for ab muscles.
