I noticed "Teacher--Female"....would you say most Elementary to High School Teachers are Female, and College Professors are Male?

The people at my company that decided to outsource most of our IT processes to India a couple years ago. They are just now learning that might not have been the best idea and are working to make changes but it's happening very slowly...They could have consulted other companies that did the same and realized through them that it wouldn't be a good idea. I'm not saying that the move didn't save the company some money at the time but processes are nowhere near as efficient as they were when IT was local and now they are spending more to correct problems...
