Zone blitz. Have one of your DEs back into coverage and blitz two of your LBs. Very confusing to the opposing QB.

Worst Defensive formation in football. A team could easily drive on you. It's too conservative. Use a 4-3 or 3-4 or a Cover 2.

I'd go with a 4 man rush. Bring the MLB up to near the line, and rush with those four. For the rest, play zone pass defense.

yea don't use it, stick with a 4-3 or 3-4 base defense
