It is completely legal to grow your own tobacco. Even if you are under 18, you just can't smoke it. You need a license to sell it.

you can grow your own,no license need if you do not sell it.
it is very tricky to start and grow,good luck.

Perfectly legal, just difficult to cultivate. Very resistant to disease though.
