Blue is most children's favorite color . . . ever wonder why? Blue is an extremely powerful color; it delves deep into the psyche. Blue heals and promotes growth; it is the color associated with royalty and nobility. Blue is the color of respect, it allows one to overcome fear and helps promote and foster inner calmness.
Red is the color of empowerment. It gives strength and enhances the life force energy. Focus on red when you need to increase your energy, work on unconditional love or simply be more empowered. When you wear the color red you will be noticed . . . this is a color that says "stop and look at me". The color red will also help you to overcome negative and pessimistic ideas.

Blue. It goes with many more things than red. Red is sexy but blue is sexy in it's own way. It's also easier on the eyes and that's scientifically proven! Blue gives you feelings of calm, and Red stresses you out. Why are blue jeans blue, not red? It's also a much cheaper ink color. There are many different shades and all are beautiful. Navy, cerulean, turquoise, baby blue...everything.

that's a hard question to answer because i love things like dishes and what nots in blue. however when picking out something to wear i don't like blue. i like my cloths to be white and black and brown unless I'm in the mood to do red. red is important to me because it is my signature color for feeling good. i suffer from depression and when i have it under control i like to wear red. i always have red someone i can see it to remind me that i can overcome my condition and feel better. i use a red purse and love red bags. so, for me those two colors would be hard to choose form. Blue is so comfortable for me and it makes me feel secure and safe.

On me? Blue. Actually I sort of perfer blue to red..but the right shades of both are appealing.
