i started my 2nd ever period of my life on the 10th last month, it lasted around 7 days andstopped for 2 days. it started again and hasn't yet stopped! i know they are irregular for the first year but i'm scared! am i normal?

When I was 12 years old and on my 2nd or 3rd period the same thing happened to me. I didn't know that it wasn't supposed to last that long. My mom took me to the doctor and they put me on a hormone to stop the bleeding and told me because I lost so much blood that I was anemic. Tell somebody you trust what is going on and go see an OB/GYN as soon as possible.

No that is NOT normal! Get yourself to a doctor as soon as possible. A period should not last more than a week, and should go at least a couple of weeks between periods.

Yes, it is most likely normal. To make yourself feel a little better you might want to just go stop by your doctor, or talk to a family member/friend.

thats definitely not normal and very dangerous. you should really go to a doctor as soon as possible.
