she has been acting strange and we have been on the way out, i would rather catch her in the act because I know her enuf to know she will deny it. what can i do to catch her?

what good would it do to catch her, if you and her are on your way out, and there is indeed no hope than just leave the relationship now, before u get any more hurt. it truly does no good to catch them, catching her will only make u feel worse about it. even if u say there is trouble in the relationship, u will still be hurt if u do catch her. if u can't communicate or work things out, than move on before u get hurt any more.

Well, let me tell you a story I spent a year trying to catch my ex BF. It was the longest tiresom stressful hurtful year of my life. So let me tell you that it is not worth it if your gut tells you that she is doing this go with it, I wish I would of believed in my gut everytime he lied and made up an excuse of where and why he was doing something. I knew it in my heart and I thought that if I could catch him in the act it would make me feel better it didn't really. It did help me walk away without the guilt but it has also taken me a long time to get my self esteem back and to enjoy life as I used to live it. So go with the gut and cut your losses now.

It's very simple. She doesn't deserve you! She obviously has no regard for your relationship or you. Don't give her the satisfaction of catching her in any whorish act -- just kick her to the curb and keep walking. Plus she's been with another guy, why would you even want to touch that skank again. Yuk.

Forget about trying to catch your woman in the act. Ask her straight up if indeed she is currently cheating or is unhappy with you relationship and if she feels that she may end up being unfaithful.

Take the high road and if you were going to break up anyway, try to do it in a peaceful, calm way. You don't sound like you like her much if this is how you think about her, so just be a bigger person and let it go.

It won't really do you any good to catch her in the act. Don't play games. If you are married, try to go to counseling. If not, you sound like it is over anyway.
