Seriously they don't need to spend the money. It would be better used for social programs. Feed the hungry, clothe the poor housing, etc.

First off that would never get put there I'm sure. Second it's when they feel it's time to have something else to remember an even in America's history. I'm sure I can think of several events they could add there.
