Ya think the timer is bad? Geez!!

Sounds like you may have a problem with the timer. See if you can get one at the appliance parts store and replace it. Or,,,,,call for service.

That happened to me it is your timer, you can replace it yourself, just make sure it is unplugged before doing anything. you can go to your local hardware store give them the name of it what you want and they will instruct you what to do or how to do it. I did it and if I can do it any one can do it...Good luck

Thats too long...you need to invest in a new washer...five minutes is normal.
