You might have an iron deficincy, you might have some depressions (alot of times people suffer from seasonal depression... do u live in an area without a lot of sun in the winter?), you might be diabetic, or you might not be sleeping well, even tho you are sleeping alot. My advice, try eliminating these one at a time. Try changing pillows, try tylonal sleeping pills, go to the DR and have him check your iron and blood sugar (this is only one little finger prick-- so even if you are like me and absolutely SCARED to DEATH of needles, it hardly hurts... squeeze someone's hand and you'll never feel it.) If none of this works, go to a place that has a sun bed, and see if that extra exposure to the sun doesn't help. Good luck--I hope something works for you.

Getting too much sleep can cause you to be tired so only sleep as much as normal people do, although it's ok to just sit down and rest. I would talk to your doctor as there's many different reasons why people can be tired so you would need to see a doctor to find out what it is.
You could have insomnia? Search that on wikipedia.org
Also, the top three reasons of why you may be tired all the time are depression , iron deficiencies and thyroid disease. So try some extra iron contributing tablets and are you worrying about anything? Because this could be why. Otherwise, if your life is perfectly fine then it could be the iron or the thyroid disease. The thyroid is a gland that controls a person's rate of metabolism, so if it is not functioning properly, tiredness can be a result. A simple blood test can check if the thyroid is functioning properly.
Hope this helps ;-)
Good luck

I'll try again, this area is messing-up on me. Have you been to a 'Thryoid only' Dr. many times the normal blood test you G.P will take doesn't show much about your thryoid function, is your hair falling out more then usuall? are you ganing weight mor & more. I hope you have Ins. you can also have 'Fibro' or' CFS' which I think are like sister problems. But on top of Chronic pain I also have Fibro, then what I take for my pain, makes me more tired, But I can onlyu sleep 2-3 hrs at a time, so it took me awile to find the right Dr., who gave me a med, that I cut up & take just enough, so I'am not 'falling a sleep' even when your sitting next to me talking...yep I could fall asleep in my spagetti...LOL. Do you have a friend who can drive you to the Dr.? yes if it wasn't for the 'bumps' on the road I wouldn't be here now. I hope I gave you some ideas & Good Luck, some Drs. can be creeps, but don't let them make you stop, looking for whats wrong with you...you know your body & something isn't right. Hugs, Pegi keep in touch..yellmouth and adelphia...and net, understand.XXOO

Could be boredom. Do you do anything exciting?? Do you think about GOOD things or BAD things?
Go to a doctor and let him run some tests on you. There is MANY things that can make you feel like that. Also, in most cases just some simple medicines can solve the problem.
Get a check up!!! Good luck. Pops

You might be iron deficient. Try a multi-vitamin with iron and eat iron-rich foods. See if this doesn't help. If not, then see a doctor. You could have a more serious liver problem or anemia.
