He has a performance problem. I mean, he really Can't just do it when you want him to, and when he's ready, he's afraid if the moment passes he won't be able. If this was a bf, I'd say Move On! Since it's your husband, find out all you can about male performance and try to help him medically: Go to your nutrition store. You may be able to put something in his food or drink without hurting his feeling.

Be submissive when he wants it. Try to seduce him when you want it. You can't change his mind, but you can try to turn him on. If this keeps up, you will become resentful. Sometime when things are going well, ask him what you could do that would turn him on no matter how he is feeling. I think we could probably figure that out, if he is like most men.
