The other answer is incorrect, your service provider has nothing to do with this. All you have to do is plug the USB cable into your phone and then into the USB port on your computer. Your PC should recognize that the cable is connected and pull up the files automatically, but if not, go to MY Computer and select the external USB port from the menu to open the files. From there all you have to do is drag and drop your pictures to the desired location on your computer! Hope that helps :)

As a matter of fact you would need the so called "Motorola Phone Tools" -- it is a software that lets you view the contents of your phone like the user here above mentioned, other than that you will not be able to use it.

I have used the PeBL myself personally. Unfortunately, when I sold my phone I actually I sold the Motorola Phone Tools software with it otherwise I would have given it to you.

I hope this helps.

Good luck!

If your phone is like most, then the service provider has it locked so certain features like USB connectivity can only be used in conjunction with a service they provide (so you can pay them more money). As a work around I'd suggest using your phone to send the images to an e-mail account and detaching them from there.
