I have a 96 cavalier and the trans went out where cxan I find a used or rebuilt one cheap?

Well if the proplem was out of the factory then it will presist after time. If the problem is due to misuse or neglect then you should do pretty good. but you should be able to get a good price at a repritable local buisness

i own a repair shop,and i always call our local junk yard for a good used one,the rebuilt are so expensive that i cant see paying that much for one,but call around im sure there are some good junk yard near where you live,,good luck i hope this help,s.

Look in the yellow pages or online.
We have one here and my mom bought a new motor for her ford truck used.

check the yellow pages for a tranny rebuilder or look in some junk yards and ask for prices on all the inquiries.....
