My Dr just prescribed me Clomid for the first time. I heard about all these side effects. Today is my 2nd day taking it, only 50 mg per day for 5 days, when am I suppose to feel these side effects. I don't feel anything. When should I ? I only feel tired earlier in the evening, as opposed to later as usual.

i have finished my 1st cycle of clomid and was waiting for all the side effects, moody, head-ache, etc., but didn't feel any of them. but i did get heart palpitations and have shortness of breath. it's been one week since my last pill and i'm still feeling shortness of breath. i did some research and found that this happens to alot of women. why were you prescribed clomid? i'm thinking that alot of it has to do w/ whether you have pcos or if you've been prescribed it for a different reason.

This is my first experience too with Clomid and am also taking 50mg. I am going on my 3rd day and experience slight headaches shortly after I have just taken Clomid. I also have found that I am a little more irritated. I think, by own experience, that you will feel the side effects quickly if you have any.

i have been diagnosed with PCOS and used Clomid last month for the first time and i had no side effects what so ever..... did you start it on your 5th day of menses..... you might not have any side effects what so ever and good luck if you conceive..... i'm in the same area trying to get pregnant...... just ask god to be there with you and guide you through it....... it may take a couple of cycles of the clomid to get you to ovulate right but hang in there is is the most prescribed drug for fertility

I finished my first cycle of Clomid last week and I didnt get any side effects what so ever. As of today only thing I am having trouble with is pain in my abdomin...best of luck to you, if you are concerned ask your doctor!

I just finished my 1st round of 50 mg on October 31, 2006. As of today I still have no side effects. Doc. said some women don't have any. Nothing to worry about. He did tell me that usually your second or third round is the worst.

I was on Clomid for three cycles. I had no side effects whatsoever. I wouldn't worry.

You might not have any side effects. Some people don't get any.

i did not feel any thing untill i came off of it just hot flashes and mild mood swings i just finished my 1st round .
