Or just as bad, taking a normal name and spelling it so stupidly that the poor kid has to keep correcting people on the spelling for the rest of his/her life.

What about Shaan? My sister named her boy that, but it is pronounced like Shawn. Poor kid is going to go through life correcting everyone on the spelling.

One that I've seen alot that I really hate is Nevaeh. I mean the first time someone used that it may have been cute and orginal, but it is not anymore. I can't imagine what these kids are going to think when they realize what idiots their parents were for giving them stupid names.

Stacy, Neveah is heaven spelled backwards......... not really wierd but i have a cousin whose name is Amiracle... simply because she was a miracle child......
