Anywhere that sells appliances will probably carry frost free chest freezers. For what it is worth, I prefer freezers that are not frost free. The frost free freezers tend to dehydrate the contents and freezer burn can be a real problem if you store food for more than a few weeks. I don't mind defrosting the freezer once a year in return for a longer storage life and better quality food.
Good luck with your search for a new freezer.

Most new freezers are frost-free nowadays so anywhere you buy such white goods just ask.
PS - try to get the best efficiency to save the planet also.
