After that, though, there are a lot of contemporary artists I love, but I have to go with the classical Winged Victory of Samothrace that resides in the Louvre.

I honestly couldn't answer this with one painting. There are way to many aspects of my life and I'm sure yours as well that could be summed up that simply.
