A smile is a free gift to another person, the willingness to get out of your shell and reach out to the other. A true smile gives a feeling of warmth, happiness and comfort. It is a split second of sharing between two human beings. Its strength depends on how badly the other needs it.

I would do more for someone who is freindly, than mean,
it is the same with most of us I can safely say,
and a smile is a gesture, in every language,
of freindliness, of warmth.
it is disarming, and at times comforting,
it imparts silently, a host of happy emotions, and did you know, that smiling even triggers you to be happy....
cause when you are happy, you smile,
and after years of doing this, you body links, happy-smile
so when you smile, it helps you to feel happy. ( not that is a be all end all happy pill, but it helps)

there is an rather, very previous song, "once you're smiling, once you're smiling, the completed international smiles with you.." I bear in mind something else, yet that makes my aspect. that is authentic! similar to laughter. even as i flow on an errand, figuring out to purchase inspite of, i have said i can cheer up people contained in the gloomiest of moods, with a grin, with interesting about something they hadn't said. the better area, in case you get someone to grin, there's a chain reaction. everybody starts to grin. that is contagious, & i urge it in treatment. Laughter (highly) is common to have actual well-being advantages to boot as psychological, emotional... So. once you're smiling, save on smiling! purely the meanest human being received't smile decrease back--& that is so significant even as the smile is again to you, & handed on to a special.
