Everywhere you go: retail stores, fast food joints, flight attendants, service providers, etc. They all seem to have crappy attitudes as if YOU as the consumer are inconveniencing them. I notice this bad attitude primarily amongst minorities. It drives me crazy.

I also notice this poor attitude amongst the younger kids working behind the counters. It's like they don't give a crap and their employers don't do anything about it.

=because with some people, NOT ALL, you get what you pay for, and unfortunately some people just don't give a damn.

because people aren't willing enough for service like that. I loved giving good service, and used to get compliments all the time. it's not the minority it's the person. And usually the customers have bad attitudes and take their anger out on workers, like they're worthless.

because of ppl like you that like to complain about every little bitty thing!! and the fact is that most ppl like to come to the counters with an freaking attitude and treat the employee with disrespect; that's why they're so unhappy...
