No, it was probably just a stitch.

my mother slipped and fell onto a glass table's corner with my sister and things worked out fine, no bleeding or anything, your belly is protected with a thick layer to keep baby safe. I dont think you should stress, put your feet up, ice or heat the area that hurts, which ever makes you feel better and try to be calm, stress can cause many health problems, pregnant or not, hope you feel better

I have had three children and every pregnancy was different your muscles are stretching to accomidate fluids and the baby so this will continue and be more noticable thruohout the pregnancy the only time you should be worried is if you are bleeding or severe cramps god bless and good luck

It's just a ligament pull. No big deal. I'm pg with number 4 and get them all the time still. It HURTS but nothing serious to worry about. Relax

i doubt it is hurting the baby, anything you have to worry about would be a constant pain, and any bleeding but since you dont have any then u should be ok, just ask your doctor next time just to be sure

Your baby is very protected!
You probably just pulled a muscle that wasn't used to being pulled :) Don't worry about it,you are okay!
