I know they are worn in Canada and the UK (and Australia?), but is there any where else?

I've lived in Holland, Belgium, Russia and Romania. In all those countries, the poppy (or a flower of some sort in Russia) was worn on and around the date of 11the Nov. In Holland and Belgium, people put their poppies on the cenotaphs found in the Commonwealth cemeteries, or by the graves of men who had helped them (or that they had helped).
Wherever there's a British Embassy or High Commission, there will always be remembrance poppies worn in those countries (even if it's only by the people in the embassies). And services are always performed in the capitol cities.
