I got one of thoughs charts that tell you how to mesure your bra size, I followed the instuctions very carefully, double cheaked all the mesurements and looked up my size. When I got my new bras they were much, MUCH too small. Does any one know what I can do short of wasting £100's trying to guess the right size?

Most department stores do a bra-fitting service. Certainly all the expensive lingerie shops and even somewhere like Marks and Spencers has a free service. Never try and do it yourself, because it's usually just two measurements which can be misleading.
The fittings aren't usually embarrassing and you don't have to take your current bra off; although I once did have to tell an assistant that while the bra might FIT me, it had no support whatsoever. She laughed but was very helpful and now I have bras that fit me! It makes a difference to your other clothes, your shape and your confidence.

Why don't you go into a department store and get yourself measured. I went into Marks and Spencer and got measured there so that I would know my exact bra size. The assistant was very nice and very helpful

Best thing i would say do is go to a underwear shop and get one of the Lady's to measure you then you will know for sure what bra size you really are.

I know that you probably dont want to, but ask for help. The attendents at the store are more than happy to help you find your perfect size! Or...just keep trying bras on until they fit! Honestly, I would go with the first option...

Yeh if you go to any leading department store and in their underwear department they will have a FREE bra fitting service. Its very discreat and fast. The lady will come in to the cubicle with you and you can even leave your existing bra on if you want and she will measure you correctly. Its the best way to do it.
They dont pressure you into buying either!

Do what I did years back...or when I lose weight. Go to one of your nicer department stores with a lingerie dept. They know how to fit you. They'll measure you and show you which types of bras are best for your size and shape. Really makes a big difference!

Go to any good lingerie stockist and they will have trained people to measure you and then help you to find the best bras to fit and suit you. I recently went to Marks and Spencer's and the ladies there were really helpful and I came away with perfectly fitted bras.

Well simply go a store that sells underwear and try on different size bras and with underwear if you know what size pants you wear then you know what size underweqar you wear
The size of your pants should be the size of your underwear

Get fitted at a lingerie shop. Do you have a Victoria's Secret? They have professional bra fitters.
