that would depend on if they are inebriated....
if they are singing it as they recorded it, no.
but if they are in a drunken state, i might consider it a form of karaoke.

I would say no - if it the song doesn't have recorded music and there are no lyrics provided, it can't truely be a form of the art of karaoke.

One the few web sites i saw it didnt say anything about not singing things that you recorded

id say no b/c it is their song, they arent trying to imitate someone and plus, they know all the lyrics...id say its just a free concert for everyone else...
