If you have an idea then I suggest that you write to disney channel and tell them your idea. Tell them that if they like it then you would like to be in it. I suggest you also get an agent but you do not have to go to acting school for 10 years i dont know why that person said that i only went for 1-2 years and then i stopped.

Take acting classes for 10 years, by then you are ready to audition.
NEVER GO ONLINE TO LOOK FOR AN AGENT!. Agents are NOT allowed to advertise. Agents look for clients, actors do not look for agents. If and when an agent sees you perform, he or she, if interested will ask you to call his/her office for an interview. NEVER look online for an agents. What you will find are scams, and people that will ask you to pay them. Those that advertise online are NOT real talent agents. Real Talent Agents CANNOT charge an actor to represent him/her. Once an actor books a job and gets paid, the agent takes his or her 10% commission from the money made by the actor. That is the ONLY time a REAL agent will take money. The agent will then issue a check to you. Talent Agents are members of ATA, The Association of Talent Agents. If they are not a member of that organization, they cannot take you as a client. You must know the difference between a real talent agent and someone who is not. I don't know where people get their information, but, as somone suggested, there is NO WAY to check the credits of an agent! Agents do NOT have credits! Actors have credits, not agents! An actor's credits are his movies, tv roles, films, etc.
Additionally, the ACTOR never determines what type of work he will do. The agent determines if the actor is suited for tv, films, industrial, commercials, theatre, etc. The AGENT is the PROFESSIONAL, NOT the actor! Don't have dreams of being a Broadway actor if the agent sees you selling toothpaste in commercials. It's not your ballgame, it's theirs. You do what he or she says, or find another agent.

Um, if the Disney VP is a 'very close friend' of your aunt, why are you asking US who he is, instead of asking HER?
Have you been to acting classes yet? Have you had training? Do you have an agent? Without those things, all your ambitions to be an actress on a Disney program are pointless.

What you need to do is get an agent. I suggest going online and looking for agent in your ares. MAKE SURE to check the agents' credits to make sure they are legit, though. Also, look online about getting a head shot and a resume. Any agent who says you need to pay them for head shots ahead of time or says other sketchy things like that is not to be trusted. Once you get a legit agent, though, they can set you up for auditions.
