Because the number one American music in Mexico is country! Mexicans LOVE country music so, they are very good and lively to play for. Therefore, country artists love playing for them. It's their inthusiasm at shows. Same can be said for Japananese folks LOVE american rock and roll. That's why bands love touring Japan, because the people there welcome them with excitement! All us Americans seem to wanna do is just judge music and declare it uncool as quickly as possible. Then move on to the next 'cool' thing of the moment. Words & Music should be 'felt' not just heard. In the name of the music, we dismiss any singer or band we deem 'not cool' for the moment. Only what does this have to do with the actual music? Nothing. Just high-on-a-horse Americans who think we're better, more sophisticated and more worthy of EVERYTHING than anyone else! Music should be taken for what it is. The song is most important. We just need to quit looking for reasons to be hatin'! It will be our downfall. :-)
