I had the same problem and i kept using different problems because people kept telling me because it's cheap. Its because your sweat and oils on your face makes it smear
Liquid liner works really good after you put it on it dries right away and it won't smear at all

greater desirable high quality eye liners do no longer smear as lots and water resistant ones will usually final you all day with out having to stress approximately smudges. in case you will fairly no longer choose for the pricier ones, nonetheless, you are able to attempt this trick to set your eyeliner: line your eyes as you regularly do and then use a skinny slanted eyeliner brush to coach a line of matching eye shadow over the eyeliner. it particularly is going to set the eyeliner, yet will nevertheless want a sprint up interior the process the day. good success! i hate it while my liner smudges and while no person tells me! the bums ;)

I will use a thin liner brush with eye shadow the same color as my liner, and run that over the liner to set it.

HARSH! Well maybe
A) dont cry
B) Dont blink
C) Be gentle while blinking so it won't get everywhere. After it's been on longer itll be okay.
Take your pick. Hint: A is not an option.

It depends on the type of eye liner you use, I think it would be better to use waterproof eye liner, if you don't already.
