It was Mutley....the canine sidekick of Dirk Dastardly...cartoons featuring these characters were produced in the late 60's and early 70's by the Hannah-Barbera company.

Its a pup named scooby-doo. thats the name of the show when the mystery inc. gang was just starting out as kids and in my opinion was not very good compared to the original scooby-doos

Precious Pup and I think that was the 70's. Or at least that's when I watched. It was one of the Hanna Barbera cartoons but I can't remember the title of his toon

It was a pup named scooby doo
it was when mystery inc was just a bunch of kid
When he got a "scooby snack" he would go "scooby dooby doooo!!" then he would fly off then land very slowly

scooby on, "a pup named scooby doo" would always hug himself saying "mmm" when he got a scooby snack and then he'd float down with a smile when he got a scooby snack.
