The answer should be yes or no depending on the U.S. course of action against other nations. If we continue to do trade with other nations we deem as terroristic or totalitarian (Vietnam, South Africa, Liberia, Morocco, Kosovo, etc.) then we have no reason to even consider banning trade from a nation that functions on a less terroristic level than the ones we do business with. If we make the decision to ban trade from all nations that function like the Cuban government, then I see justification. Right now all I see is an unnecessary act of bullying to prove we are better.
