I have a 1989 ford ranger and i bought a new oil censer today and now it shows that i have no oil pressure, I have tried everything. Please help

i own a repair shop and all you have to do ,is take it off,and the parts place will give you another one for it,its not hard to get one replaced just take it back and they,ll exchange it for you,good luck,i hope this help,s.

There are three possibilities:

Your oil sender is defective

Your oil pressure warning light or gauge is defective

You actually have low oil pressure

or #4 : there is a defective connection/ bad wire between the sender and the gage.
