No we should not. I think tough negotiations with the Mexican government will be a good start with controlling our border problem in the south. As far as illegal immigrants we should not jail them we should round them up and make them report to the INS and then decide whether they should be allowed to stay or leave based on who they are, where they are from, and what they have done. If at any time during their stay here they have commited a crime (any crime) which would include fraudulently taking US benefits, and having anchor babies on purpose to stay they should be deported. The children who were born as a result of this will become US citizens at the age of 18 and can return to the states at that time. Until then we should not be punished for the crimes of the parents and they because of those pretenses should never be allowed citizenship for that reason.

in Mexican jail? Hells yeah!
I like the idea of taking all of the liberals and moving them down there to elect their officials down there. That way the tax rate will be so high that the Mexicans won't be able to afford to live here. Why move here if you can't make any money?
