but i would still appretiate some help, it is an essay on the law of Tort and i need to argue a case in relation to private and public nuisance. I would like to know what the difference between the two is? i understand what is meant by nuisance but not sure how to differentiate between private and public.

P.S. this is English law, not american law

Public nuisance is one that affects the community in general. Private nuisance is one that affects only certain individuals.
