hmmm feel sorry for a rude inarticulate silver spoon frat boy who has uses our Constitution as toilet paper, gotten us into a war for profit, pandered to his "have and have mores" corporate cronies, trashed our environment, embarrassed us in front of the entire world community and has demoralized our beloved country with constant spew of fear mongering?

um ... i don't think so. tho perhaps i should follow the strings to the puppet master's hand and direct my angst towards Darth Cheney instead.

In a way, I feel sorry for anyone who is president. It's an impossible job. That said, this is a man who was originally elected by a minority of the people and has governed as if there was no other way than his. He has made mistake after mistake and has been too arrogant to admit to having done anything wrong. Only when his party has lost just about everything does he have the humility to work with the representatives of the other half of the county. It's hard to feel terribly sorry for him. The person I feel especially sad for though is his wife. By all accounts she's a nice lady who has been all along urging him to do the right thing. I'm thinking she's kind of embarassed.

When I first saw him looking so dejected, I felt sorry for him, then I remembered that he didn't give a hoot about the middle and poor class in America and that he didn't care about katrina. We ddin't count with Bush, no he deserves every bit of what he got and then some. I also think that the repubs are like Rats deserting a sinking ship. They need not bother, we all are aware of their hand in this fiasco. They are just as guilty as he is.
Bush and the repubs are getting just as much compassion and empathy as they gave Americans. That would be none.

He failed as a businessman, and now he has greater or much less failed as a president. He listened to his acquaintances on the challenge for a sparkling Century usa think of tank, and invaded Iraq on the 1st possibility, ignoring the UN and ignoring the voices of warning, warning to not make a sparkling Vietnam. it style of feels that the yankee public opinion finally lost faith in somebody who claimed to be bringing protection yet who ended up with an interestingly insolvable protection difficulty. what's a minimum of somewhat reassuring to me is that the yankee political device is able to correcting issues that circulate incorrect, to that end Bush's foreign places coverage, regardless of if the approach is sluggish.

Not one shred! He hasn't even begun!!

And the Republicans in the House and Senate are their own worst nightmare! They let him do it! I don't feel sorry for them either.

Who I do feel sorry for is every Iraqi and every country who has military there! But I have none to give Bush!

I can't believe there are people on here who expect anyone to feel sorry for Bush! He has violated the law and the Constitution more than any other president to serve!

You had no sympathy for Clinton, you still don't and he doesn't even come close to have done what Bush has! Feel sorry for him!! Hell no! If I had my way he would be behind bars!

No more than I feel sorry for a dead skunk along the side of the highway. He had it coming and got what he deserved. I realize it sounds cruel to say that since we should feel sorry for the mentally deficient, but I just can't help myself.

I dont feel sorry for Bush, he is a big boy. the Republicans lost because they didnt stay true to their principles, and as we see who got voted in, the more conservative Democrats made the cut. This is not really a great win for the dem"s< in my opinion< and their true colors will come out very soon> repubs will prevail once again in the next election as long as they grow back their balls a bit>

No, but it's not all his fault. If the Republicans didn't give rubberstamp approval of bush's policies and commit so much corruption they could have held both houses.

Nah...he knows the risks of his job. The blame game starts after every election no matter the candidate or party.

As a fellow Texan,in a way I do. But he brought it upon himself for trying to play Supreme Ruler of the World. Sure, the Repubs loved him while he was on his way up,but now that he hitched his wagon to a falling star, everybody is disassociating themselves from him.
